Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) has unveiled its most extensive Cruise Month webinar series to date, providing CLIA travel agent members with the opportunity to connect directly with more than 30 of the world’s leading cruise lines.
Running throughout October, the sessions are aligned with Cruise Month’s four weekly themes – Ocean Cruising, River Cruising, Expedition Cruising and Luxury Cruising.
The webinars will take place every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with three time slots available each day – 10:00, 12:00 and 14:00 AEDT (12:00, 14:00 and 16:00 NZDT). Each session will be hosted by a different cruise line, offering first-hand insights into their latest ships, itineraries, onboard innovations, sales tips and product updates.
Cruise Month to energise summer sailings
CLIA Managing Director Australasia Joel Katz said the 2025 Cruise Month campaign, held under the banner #LoveCruise, is designed to build momentum for the upcoming summer sailing season.
“Our webinar program is about equipping travel agents with the insights they need to spark excitement in their clients and guide them towards their next cruise holiday,” Katz said.
This year’s line-up includes a mix of long-time CLIA members and new entrants, reflecting the full spectrum of the cruise sector – from ocean and river cruising to expedition and ultra-luxury lines.
Resources to support agent success
In addition to the webinars, Cruise Month will include digital advertising, social media activity and education opportunities to engage consumers and drive bookings through CLIA-accredited consultants. The full webinar schedule and list of participating cruise lines can be found in the Cruise Month Toolkit, available through the CLIA Members Hub.
