MSC Cruises has unveiled a new Pan-Asian dining concept set to debut aboard MSC World Asia when the ship enters service in December 2026, introducing a three-in-one culinary venue inspired by the vibrant street food culture of Southeast Asia.
Launching exclusively on the new flagship, the immersive venue combines a specialty restaurant, cocktail bar and complimentary grab-and-go offering, providing guests with greater flexibility throughout the day.
Three dining experiences in one venue
Designed as a first for the MSC Cruises fleet, the new concept brings together three distinct experiences under one roof.
Guests can enjoy a relaxed sit-down meal featuring curated Pan-Asian dishes, visit the adjoining bar for Southeast Asian-inspired cocktails, or choose complimentary street food-style snacks from a convenient takeaway counter.
The venue draws inspiration from the bustling food markets of Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and South China, with live cooking stations, themed décor, music and artwork designed to create an immersive dining atmosphere.
Southeast Asian flavours take centre stage
The specialty restaurant menu will showcase a range of authentic dishes inspired by communal dining traditions, including Singapore-style prawns, shiitake mushroom fried rice and wok-fired specialties.
The drinks menu will feature iconic Asian beers including Tsingtao, Chang and Bintang, alongside bubble teas, smoothies, fresh juices and signature cocktails such as jasmine mojitos, rose and strawberry daiquiris and matcha coladas.
Guests looking for a quick bite will also be able to enjoy complimentary street food favourites including bao buns and crispy seafood balls.
Stéphane Franchini, Senior Director Food & Beverage Product at MSC Cruises, said the venue has been designed to deliver an immersive culinary experience.
“With this new three-in-one venue, we are inviting guests to explore one of the world’s most exciting food cultures in a way that is vibrant, welcoming and full of flavour,” he said.
More dining choices aboard MSC World Asia
The new venue will form part of MSC World Asia’s extensive food and beverage offering, which includes 19 dining venues, six specialty restaurants, six main dining concepts, an exclusive MSC Yacht Club restaurant and a range of casual dining options.
Additional specialty restaurants will include Butcher’s Cut steakhouse, Kaito Sushi Bar, Kaito Teppanyaki, Hola! Tacos & Cantina and a new Mediterranean restaurant, which will be unveiled closer to launch.
MSC World Asia will begin sailing seven-night Mediterranean itineraries from 4 December 2026.
