Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have announced a new global leadership structure designed to support continued growth across the luxury and ultra-luxury cruise sectors.
Leadership appointments to support global expansion
Effective immediately, Wesley D’Silva has been appointed President of Regent Seven Seas Cruises, reporting to Jason Montague, who will continue to oversee the long-term strategic direction of both cruise brands in his role as Chief Luxury Officer.

Nathan Hickman and Shawn Tubman have also been appointed Chief Sales Officers for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises respectively, with responsibility for global sales performance, travel advisor engagement and commercial development.
Hickman will report to Montague, while Tubman will report to D’Silva.
Jason Montague said the appointments come at a time of strong growth for both brands and will help strengthen relationships with the global travel advisor community.
“I am delighted to congratulate Wesley, Nathan and Shawn as they step into these important new roles,” Montague said.
“Each of them brings extraordinary expertise and experience as we build on a remarkable period of performance for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.”
“This strengthened leadership structure positions us to accelerate our strategic plans to take both brands to new heights and support our travel advisor community with even greater focus.”
Global sales alignment across key markets
Under the new structure, global sales teams across North America and international markets will report to Hickman and Tubman.
These teams include:
- Brennan Quesnele, Senior Vice President North America Sales & Trade Marketing, Oceania Cruises
- Jerod Evans, Vice President North America Sales, Regent Seven Seas Cruises
- Melaine Diaz, Vice President Sales Strategy & Trade Marketing, Regent Seven Seas Cruises
- Paul Beale, Vice President UK & Ireland Sales for both brands
- Gabriella Fonzo, Senior Director Central Europe, Middle East and Africa Sales
- Lisa Pile, Vice President Sales & General Manager APAC
- Frank Medina, Vice President LATAM & Brazil Sales
In addition, long-time industry leader Steve Odell will move into an ambassador role supporting both brands.
Montague said Odell remains an important figure within the luxury travel sector.
“Steve is a well-known, much-loved and highly accomplished sales professional in the luxury travel industry, and we couldn’t be happier that he has agreed to continue his connection with our brands,” he said.
Strong growth and new ships on the horizon
The leadership changes come as both brands report strong commercial performance and prepare for significant fleet expansion.
Oceania Cruises recently recorded a record-breaking opening day for its upcoming ship Oceania Sonata, the first in a new class of vessels, with five Sonata Class ships scheduled for delivery between 2027 and 2037.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises also reported its most successful booking month in January and is preparing to launch Seven Seas Prestige later this year, the first ship in a new class for the line in a decade.
Three additional Prestige Class ships are planned for delivery in 2030, 2033 and 2036.
