Pearl Expeditions has launched a new 13-night luxury package for 2027 that combines an expedition cruise through the Kimberley with exclusive Paspaley experiences and premium stays at two of the region’s best-known properties.
Drawing on the Paspaley Group’s 90-year connection to the Kimberley, the new Ultimate Kimberley Experience pairs a 10-night voyage aboard the 30-guest Paspaley Pearl with stays at El Questro Homestead and the newly renovated Pinctada Hotel Broome.
Three iconic Kimberley experiences in one journey
The itinerary begins with two nights at the adults-only El Questro Homestead before guests transfer to Wyndham to board Paspaley Pearl for a 10-night expedition along the remote Kimberley coastline.
The voyage explores towering sandstone cliffs, waterfalls, ancient rock formations and secluded anchorages, with expert naturalists and expedition leaders providing insight into the region’s landscapes, wildlife and history.
The journey concludes with a stay at Pinctada Hotel Broome, where guests also enjoy a VIP guided tour exploring the town’s pearling heritage.
Signature Paspaley experiences
The package includes a range of exclusive experiences available through Paspaley, including visits to floating pearl farms, a tasting of Paspaley pearl meat, premium Bunnamagoo Wines, scenic flights aboard the iconic Grumman Mallard flying boat (where scheduled), private transfers, and fully inclusive dining and premium beverages. Guests also receive an included AUD$1,000 contribution towards scenic aerial experiences, including helicopter tours.
Pearl Expeditions General Manager Mick Fogg said the itinerary reflects the company’s long-standing connection with the Kimberley.
“The Kimberley is one of the world’s last great wilderness frontiers, and experiences like this play an important role in showcasing its significance while helping protect its future,” he said.

The Ultimate Kimberley Experience is priced from AUD$26,540 per person, with departures on 15 April, 12 May, 5 June, 23 July and 19 August 2027.
