PONANT Explorations will bring its 2026 Discovery Sessions to five Australian cities this March and April, offering travel partners a series of immersive, client-facing events designed to inspire bookings and deliver event-only incentives.
The sessions will visit Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne, giving advisors the opportunity to engage clients, showcase new itineraries and highlight the breadth of PONANT Explorations’ expedition and small-ship portfolio.
Client engagement and conversion focus
Designed as interactive events, the Discovery Sessions combine destination expertise, real guest insights and exclusive offers to help partners convert client interest into bookings for 2026 and beyond.
Sessions will be hosted by PONANT Explorations’ destination specialists, with contributions from past guests sharing first-hand expedition experiences.
Incentives for trade partners attending sessions
Travel partners whose clients book following a Discovery Session will go into the draw to win a famil place on a PONANT luxury expedition to either the Kimberley or a 10-night French Polynesia voyage aboard Le Paul Gauguin.
Agents attending a Discovery Session will also have the chance to win a $200 dining voucher by entering the onsite travel agent draw.
Broad destination focus across fleet and itineraries
Session content will span polar expeditions to the Arctic and Antarctica, alongside warm-water and cultural destinations including the Kimberley, Australia’s West Coast, the Mediterranean, Raja Ampat and the Spice Islands.
Each event will feature two expert speakers, one specialising in polar regions and one in warm-water destinations, providing practical advice to help clients select the most suitable voyage.
Event-only offers for attending clients
Clients attending a Discovery Session will gain access to limited-time incentives, including savings of up to 30 per cent on select 2027 and 2028 voyages, a €300 shipboard credit per person, and additional savings on departures within 12 months.
Attendees will also go into the draw to win a $1,000 voucher towards a future PONANT Explorations voyage, with winners announced live at each event.
