PONANT EXPLORATIONS has launched its March to November 2027 seasonal brochure, titled Your Voyage Begins Here, introducing an expanded collection of luxury small-ship journeys across the globe.
The new program features fresh itineraries, expanded European sailings and enhanced expedition experiences, inviting travellers to explore some of the world’s most remote and culturally rich destinations.
Polar heritage continues
From Iceland to the North Pole aboard Le Commandant Charcot and onwards to Greenland, the polar regions remain central to the company’s heritage. For 2027, guests can experience these environments aboard what PONANT describes as the world’s only luxury icebreaker, combining advanced technology with refined comfort.
Mediterranean focus
The Mediterranean, the birthplace of PONANT EXPLORATIONS, will again take centre stage, with more than 60 sailings scheduled during the 2027 European summer. Voyages span from the Andalusian coast to the Cyclades.
In Italy, itineraries through Puglia and Sicily highlight the country’s cultural depth, while sailings along the Tyrrhenian coast aboard Le Ponant, the world’s first Relais & Châteaux sailing yacht, offer an intimate under-sail experience.
New and noteworthy for 2027
The 2027 program introduces several new itineraries and regional highlights, including:
- The hidden treasures of the Philippines and Borneo
- A journey through the Irish countryside
- A new Azores itinerary
- Summer voyages to the North Sea and the Atlantic coasts of France and Spain
- Island-hopping itineraries across Polynesia, Indonesia and the Philippines
Pre- and post-voyage land programs are also available across Europe, French Polynesia and Indonesia to extend the travel experience.
Aqua Expeditions joins portfolio
Select departures with Aqua Expeditions, which joined the Group in early 2025, further enhance the offering. These include river journeys along the Mekong and the Amazon, as well as expeditions in the Galápagos, Eastern Indonesia, Svalbard, the Seychelles and Tanzania.
