Unforgettable Croatia has expanded its 2027 small-ship cruise program with the introduction of two new themed voyages designed to showcase the country’s rich heritage and culinary traditions.
The specialist Croatia cruise operator has unveiled a Croatia Heritage Cruise and a Food and Wine Cruise, with four departures scheduled across the 2027 season.
Heritage itinerary showcases Croatia’s traditions
The seven-night Croatia Heritage Cruise will depart on 1 May and 9 October 2027 aboard the 36-guest MV Bellissima.
Sailing between Šibenik and Dubrovnik, the itinerary highlights Croatia’s cultural heritage through immersive local experiences, including visits to the UNESCO-listed Šibenik Cathedral, the historic salt pans of Ston and the Konavle Valley. Guests will also enjoy authentic culinary experiences and explore Cold War-era military tunnels on Vis.
Food and wine cruise celebrates local flavours
The seven-night Food and Wine Cruise will sail on 8 May and 9 October 2027 aboard the 36-guest MV Adris.
Travelling from Dubrovnik to Split, the itinerary has been designed for travellers seeking a deeper connection with Croatian cuisine and wine culture. Experiences include food-focused walking tours, oyster tastings, winery visits, olive oil tastings and traditional Dalmatian dining experiences.
Highlights include a private oyster tasting in Mali Ston, a traditional peka dinner in Žrnovo, wine tastings in Hvar and Vis, and a visit to a family-run olive oil estate in Omiš.
Growing demand for specialised experiences
Unforgettable Croatia co-founder Graham Carter said the new sailings reflect growing demand for more specialised travel experiences.
“These new themed sailings represent a natural evolution of our product, building on our signature small-ship experience while offering guests a more focused way to explore Croatia,” Carter said.
The company’s 2027 season will feature 131 sailings across six ships operating between May and October. All itineraries include luxury airport transfers, daily breakfast, three-course lunches, selected dinners, guided tours and onboard expert talks.
