Viking has concluded a series of exclusive events for travel advisors across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, celebrating its ongoing partnership with the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra while recognising the vital role advisors play in the cruise line’s success.
The events were held alongside the orchestra’s latest concert series, Italian Serenatas, reinforcing Viking’s commitment to cultural enrichment both onshore and onboard.
Advisors enjoy exclusive concert experiences

The series began in Melbourne on 18 June, where Viking Senior Events & Trade Coordinator Natalie Kessel hosted advisors at the Melbourne Recital Centre.
In Sydney, National Commercial Manager Shaun Kavanagh welcomed advisors to the City Recital Hall performance on 24 June, before the program concluded in Brisbane on 2 July at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC), hosted by Commercial Manager (QLD) Helen Mezzen, Commercial Manager (QLD South & Northern NSW) Leon Hill and Cruise Consultant Amber Boseley.
The initiative formed part of Viking’s long-standing partnership with one of Australia’s leading cultural organisations.
Celebrating Italian musical heritage
Italian Serenatas showcases works by renowned Italian composers including Antonio Vivaldi, Arcangelo Corelli, Giuseppe Antonio Brescianello and Andrea Falconieri.
Led by acclaimed Italian baritone Renato Dolcini, the concert series takes audiences on a musical journey through Naples, Rome, Venice and Florence, highlighting the drama and elegance of the Italian Baroque period.
Shared commitment to cultural exploration
Now in its third year, Viking’s partnership with the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra reflects the company’s focus on enriching travel experiences through arts and culture.
The collaboration provides Viking guests and travel advisors with access to premium concert experiences, VIP events and exclusive opportunities throughout the orchestra’s performance season, supporting the cruise line’s positioning as “The Thinking Person’s Cruise Line”.
