Viking has rewarded a group of its top-performing travel advisors with its annual Platinum Club voyage, giving participants the opportunity to experience the cruise line’s popular Viking Homelands itinerary through Scandinavia and the Baltic.
Advisors experience Northern Europe firsthand

Hosted by Viking Commercial Managers Joanne Cullen and Emma Newton, the 15-day famil allowed Platinum Club advisors and their travelling companions to experience Viking’s ocean product across a range of iconic and lesser-known destinations.
The itinerary included calls to Stockholm, Tallinn, Gdańsk, Copenhagen, Oslo, Bergen and Stavanger, as well as Bornholm, Ålborg and Eidfjord.
Along the way, advisors experienced Viking’s shore excursion programme, onboard amenities and cultural enrichment offering.
Exclusive access and onboard highlights

A standout experience was an after-hours Privileged Access excursion to Copenhagen’s Rosenborg Castle, where the group explored the historic site and viewed the Danish Crown Jewels without the usual crowds.
Onboard, advisors enjoyed a private dinner at Manfredi’s Italian Restaurant, welcome drinks in The Wintergarden, a behind-the-scenes galley tour, enrichment sessions in The Star Theater and relaxation in the Nordic Spa, including the Snow Grotto.
Viking said the annual Platinum Club voyage gives leading travel advisors firsthand product knowledge to better support future client bookings.
