Atlas Ocean Voyages has announced a record-breaking start to 2026, delivering the strongest January booking performance in the company’s history. The milestone continues the brand’s exceptional sales momentum from 2025, with demand for future voyages at an all-time high.
Bookings Surge More Than 60 Per Cent Year-on-Year

January bookings grew by more than 60 per cent compared to the same period last year and nearly tripled from January 2024. The results reflect increasing interest in Atlas Ocean Voyages’ year-round luxury expedition model, which extends beyond polar regions to a diverse global portfolio.
The record performance was supported by a series of strategic initiatives introduced at the start of the year, including the Enhanced Explorer’s Choice offer, a refreshed brand identity, and the announcement of the first Atlas-class yacht. Atlas Adventurer™ — scheduled to join the fleet in late 2028 — will be the world’s first luxury expedition sailing yacht.
Strong Engagement in the Australian Market
Atlas Ocean Voyages is represented exclusively in Australia by Cruise Traveller.
Cruise Traveller Managing Director Joe O’Sullivan said the brand is resonating strongly with Australian agents and travellers.
“Cruise Traveller is seeing growing engagement with Australian agents and consumers enticed by Atlas Ocean Voyages’ strategic, value-added initiatives, the ongoing feedback of Atlas’ onboard experience and destination excellence, and the strong resonance with the announcement of the expanding fleet and new itineraries,” he said.
Atlas Ocean Voyages President and CEO James A. Rodriguez added that January marked one of the strongest booking months in the brand’s history, setting a powerful tone for 2026, with forward bookings, pricing and early purchase behaviour all indicating sustained momentum.
