Crystal expands Wellness at Sea program for 2027

Crystal has unveiled four new Wellness at Sea® retreats for 2027, offering guests immersive wellness experiences centred on fitness, nutrition, mindfulness and longevity science aboard Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony.

Curated by Crystal Wellness Ambassador and Culinary Nutritionist Dalila Roglieri, the dedicated voyages will feature expert-led programs designed to support guests’ wellbeing both during and beyond their cruise.

Four wellness-focused voyages

The 2027 Wellness at Sea collection includes four sailings across the Atlantic, Caribbean and North America.

The program begins with a transatlantic voyage aboard Crystal Symphony from Fort Lauderdale to Las Palmas in March, focusing on healthy ageing through yoga, Pilates, meditation, culinary nutrition and wellness education.

Crystal Serenity will then host two retreats, including a Panama to New York sailing in August and a New York to San Juan voyage in October, both featuring an enhanced pickleball program alongside yoga, strength training, mindfulness sessions and nutrition workshops.

The final retreat will see Crystal Symphony sail from Lisbon to Fort Lauderdale in November, exploring the relationship between food, wine and wellbeing through mindful wine tastings, sensory workshops and wellness activities.

Holistic approach to wellbeing

Each retreat is built around four wellness pillars: culinary nutrition, physical activity, mental wellbeing and longevity science.

Guests can participate in one-on-one nutrition consultations, cooking demonstrations and culinary workshops, alongside yoga, Pilates, dance fitness, aqua fitness, strength training and pickleball.

Mindfulness activities include meditation, breathing classes, gratitude journalling and sound healing, complemented by lectures exploring healthy ageing and the latest developments in longevity science.

Crystal Wellness Ambassador Dalila Roglieri said the retreats are designed to cater to every guest’s individual wellbeing journey.

“Wellness is deeply personal, which is why every Wellness at Sea retreat is designed to offer a variety of perspectives and practices that support each guest’s individual journey,” she said.

Expert specialists onboard

The 2027 program will feature a roster of wellness experts, including yoga instructors, fitness specialists, sound healers, nutritionists, dance coaches and physical therapists.

Guests will also have access to detailed day-by-day programming tailored to each voyage, with specialist line-ups varying by sailing.
