Expedition cruises Atlas Ocean Voyages refreshes brand

Atlas Ocean Voyages has unveiled an elevated brand identity, positioning the line as a leader in year-round luxury expedition cruising built around boutique hospitality and deeper human connection onboard its purpose-built expedition yachts.

Cruise Traveller, Atlas Ocean Voyages’ exclusive representative in Australia, said the updated positioning will help drive momentum locally as interest in the brand continues to build.

Cruise Traveller backs “bold and visionary” new direction

Cruise Traveller managing director Joe O’Sullivan said the refreshed brand alignment better reflects Atlas’ strengths, from bespoke service and curated sophistication to transformative journeys designed to foster meaningful connections.

O’Sullivan said Cruise Traveller will lean into the updated identity across its local marketing and communications to encourage more Australians to consider Atlas for relaxed, no-fuss luxury expedition cruising.

New look and feel spans visual, verbal and brand DNA

Atlas said the rebrand brings a more contemporary, refined visual identity, including an updated brand mark and logo, alongside refreshed photography, typography and colour palette aimed at highlighting the line’s intimate, immersive style.

The line’s verbal identity has also been updated to focus on connection, discovery and boutique hospitality, while the brand’s core traits are framed around intimacy, passion, immersion, conscious design and community.

Leadership says rebrand improves clarity across every touchpoint

Atlas Ocean Voyages President and chief executive officer James A. Rodriguez said the goal was to ensure the brand’s look, language and messaging accurately match the guest experience onboard.

Rodriguez said the clearer articulation of the Atlas experience has supported strong performance and an exceptionally high return-guest ratio for a relatively young brand.

Boutique yachts and small-ship access remain central

Atlas said its modern fleet of expedition yachts — World Navigator, World Traveller and World Voyager — is designed to deliver small-ship luxury while accessing destinations beyond the reach of larger vessels.

With fewer than 200 guests per yacht, the line said its onboard experience centres on high-touch service, curated comfort and small-group exploration supported by expedition teams.

Cruise Traveller offers double bonuses and savings for 2026 sailings

To support the relaunch in-market, Cruise Traveller is offering double bonuses and savings of up to 40 per cent on selected Atlas Ocean Voyages sailings through to July 2026, for bookings made by 31 March 2026.

Cruise Traveller said the offer applies to 14 selected voyages sailing between March and July 2026, with destinations including the Mediterranean, western Europe, Scandinavia and the Arctic.

One example itinerary is a 10-night Epicurean Expedition from Rome to Barcelona departing 30 July 2026 aboard the 198-guest World Traveller, featuring food-and-wine themed programming, onboard tastings, culinary demonstrations, market-to-table experiences and destination-focused shore experiences. Cruise Traveller said fares for this sailing start from US$5,344 per person twin-share in an Oceanview Stateroom, with guests able to choose two amenities on eligible departures.
