Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have appointed Lisa Pile to the newly created role of Vice President Sales & General Manager Asia Pacific for both brands, effective immediately.
The expanded dual-brand leadership position forms part of the cruise lines’ growth strategy in the Asia Pacific region and signals a strengthened focus on one of the world’s fastest-growing luxury travel markets.
Pile will oversee all commercial, sales and strategic growth initiatives for both Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises across Asia Pacific, supporting brand expansion while maintaining their distinct positioning within the luxury and ultra-luxury segments.
Senior Vice President International and Consumer Sales for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Steve Odell, said the appointment reinforces the brands’ long-term commitment to the region.
‘Lisa brings a wealth of experience from her distinguished career, not only within cruise, but across the wider luxury hospitality sector, ensuring both Oceania Cruises and Regent are exceptionally well positioned for the future,’ Odell said.

Pile has been part of both brands since 2015 and brings extensive regional expertise, having lived and worked in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Bangkok and Singapore.
She said a key priority will be deepening relationships with trade partners across the region.
‘A key focus for me will be deepening our relationships with local travel partners, ensuring they have the tools, support and insights needed to thrive,’ she said.
James Sitters, Director of Sales Australia and New Zealand, will continue to lead the Oceania Cruises team locally and will now report directly to Pile.
The appointment comes during a period of fleet expansion for both brands. Oceania Cruises will introduce its ninth ship, Oceania Sonata, while Regent Seven Seas Cruises will debut its new ship class in December 2026 with Seven Seas Prestige.
