Oceania Cruises adds exclusive French dining

Oceania Cruises has announced the launch of La Table par Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, a new fine dining concept set to debut aboard its upcoming ship Oceania Sonata in 2027.

The intimate venue marks a landmark collaboration with the prestigious Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, becoming the first restaurant at sea to receive endorsement from the renowned French culinary institution.

Elevated culinary experience with limited capacity

Designed as the most exclusive dining venue at sea, La Table will accommodate just 18 guests per sitting, offering a reservation-only experience focused on refined French gastronomy.

The concept will blend traditional techniques with modern interpretations, curated by Oceania Cruises’ Executive Culinary Directors, Chef Alexis Quaretti and Chef Eric Barale.

Showcasing French culinary artistry

Menus will feature an evolving selection of dishes created in collaboration with Master Chefs of France, highlighting premium ingredients and intricate preparation.

Signature dishes include langoustine tartlets, escargot-stuffed Dover sole and caviar-topped creations, reflecting the brand’s commitment to culinary excellence.

Expanding Oceania’s culinary leadership

The introduction of La Table reinforces Oceania Cruises’ positioning as a leader in destination-led dining, building on its “Finest Cuisine at Sea” philosophy.

The venue will also host the line’s Dom Pérignon Experience, pairing a six-course tasting menu with premium Champagne vintages.

Oceania Sonata will feature a total of 10 dining venues, further strengthening the brand’s culinary offering within the luxury cruise segment.
