Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises new dual-brand sales structure

Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises have announced a new dual-brand sales structure in Asia Pacific, aimed at accelerating growth and strengthening trade partnerships across the region.

Effective immediately, Lisa Pile, vice president and general manager Asia Pacific for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, will also oversee sales for Oceania Cruises in Asia. Pile brings extensive experience in the region, having lived and worked in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Bangkok and Singapore since joining Regent in 2016.

“This strategic move reflects our strong commitment to Asia, enabling us to deliver tailored solutions and greater value while accelerating our growth across the region,” said Steve Odell, senior vice president international and consumer sales for both brands.

“By creating a dual-branded sales force in Asia under Lisa’s bold leadership, we will be better positioned to serve our trade partners and guests.”

Experienced leaders across Asia

Under the new structure, Pile will be supported by three regional leaders with deep expertise in luxury travel:

  • Constance Seck, director of sales, Southeast Asia – Based in Singapore, Seck returns to the company to lead sales for both brands in Southeast Asia. With more than 20 years of experience across luxury hotels, consortia and agencies, she brings extensive insight into the region’s diverse markets.
  • Holly Kong, director of sales, North Asia (excluding Japan) – Based in Hong Kong, Kong has over seven years with the company and now expands her role to include Oceania Cruises.
  • Munetoshi Kurihara, general manager, Japan – Based in Tokyo, Kurihara has led sales in Japan since 2023, supported by a strong background in the luxury sector.

James Sitters will continue as director of sales for Oceania Cruises in Australia and New Zealand, further reinforcing trade support across Oceania.

Rising demand for luxury cruising

“Asia Pacific is one of the fastest growing regions for luxury and ultra-luxury cruising, with more affluent travellers eager to discover new destinations and exceptional experiences,” said Pile.

“I’m excited to strengthen our relationships with local travel partners and drive growth for both brands.”

Seck added, “I am delighted to be back and cannot wait to start raising the profile of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises in Southeast Asia. This is a dynamic region with great potential, and I look forward to collaborating with our trade partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.”

New ships fuel brand momentum

The restructure comes as both brands continue to expand their fleets. Oceania Cruises has recently launched its eighth ship, Oceania Allura, while Regent Seven Seas Cruises will welcome its next ultra-luxury vessel, Seven Seas Prestige, in late 2026.
