Beyond Travel hosts Croatia famil aboard Best of Dalmatia small ship cruise

Beyond Travel has welcomed a group of Australian travel advisors aboard its flagship Croatia famil, giving participants the opportunity to experience first-hand why Best of Dalmatia remains the wholesaler’s best-selling Croatian small-ship cruise.

The educational voyage saw 20 travel advisors and their companions sail the eight-day itinerary between Dubrovnik and Šibenik aboard the deluxe MS Diamond, exploring the Adriatic coastline, historic towns and local culture while gaining valuable product knowledge.

Advisors experience Croatia beyond the brochure

Highlights included watching a Croatia World Cup match alongside locals, visiting both lively Hvar Town and the island’s peaceful vineyards for a wine tasting and traditional lunch, and enjoying daily swim stops in secluded coves along the Dalmatian Coast.

The famil was designed to help advisors better understand Beyond Travel’s Croatia cruise product by experiencing the itinerary from a guest’s perspective.

Natasha Osman from Clean Cruising described it as her first visit to Croatia, saying the experience had already inspired plans for a return trip. Meanwhile, Mark and Julia van Huisstede from italk travel at the Junction praised the service provided by the crew throughout the voyage.

Early bird savings and agent rewards for 2027

Beyond Travel has also opened bookings for its 2027 Croatia cruise program, with early bird savings of up to $1,000 per couple available on Best of Dalmatia departures.

To encourage early sales, the wholesaler is offering travel advisors eGift card incentives on selected 2027 Croatia cruises and cruise tours, including:

  • $50 eGift card for every double or triple cabin booked.
  • $30 eGift card for every solo booking.

Eligible itineraries include Best of Dalmatia, Coastal Treasures, Magical Croatia, Croatian Encounter, Croatian & Slovenian Encounter, and Croatian & Slovenia by Land & Sea.
