Crystal has expanded its travel advisor support strategy through a new partnership with Approach Guides, launching a suite of co-branded marketing tools designed to drive engagement and boost bookings.
New advisor technology unveiled
The luxury cruise line said the new platform will allow advisors to instantly create personalised digital marketing pages featuring Crystal itineraries, destinations and promotional offers.
The co-branded content can then be shared across email and social channels while directing clients to personalised Crystal booking pages.
Focus on lead generation and conversion
Crystal said the initiative is designed to simplify advisor marketing while improving lead generation and conversion opportunities.
The platform allows advisors to:
- Customise branded marketing content
- Share campaigns instantly with clients
- Capture private leads directly
- Access personalised Crystal booking websites
The company said the system removes the need for time-intensive content creation while maintaining a premium brand presentation.
Webinar to support advisor rollout
To support the launch, Crystal will co-host a live webinar for travel advisors on 28 May 2026 featuring demonstrations of the platform and real-time content customisation.
The session will include Crystal Sales Director – Cruise Jacqui Tufala and Approach Guides co-founder Jennifer Raezer.
Crystal deepens trade support
Crystal Vice President Sales & Partnerships Australia and New Zealand Susan Haberle said the partnership reflects the brand’s ongoing commitment to supporting the travel trade.
“Working with Approach Guides provides our travel partners an elegant, intuitive way to market Crystal to their luxury clients, combining beautiful storytelling with powerful lead generation,” Haberle said.
Approach Guides co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer Jennifer Raezer said the platform would help advisors engage clients more effectively while generating measurable demand.
Agency integration options included
The platform also offers host agency integration options, allowing agencies to embed Crystal marketing content directly into internal systems and advisor workflows.
The move follows a growing trend among luxury cruise brands investing in advisor-focused digital marketing technology to support sales growth and customer engagement.
