Norwegian Cruise Line extends Norwegian Spirit incentive for agents

Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) has extended its Norwegian Spirit incentive for travel agents, following strong uptake across the trade.

The campaign will now run until 31 May 2026, offering agents a $100 gift card for every eligible booking made on Norwegian Spirit sailings.

Incentive targets local cruise season sales

The incentive applies to close-to-home bookings for sailings through to April 2028, with agents required to submit bookings via the Partners First Rewards program.

The reward is paid as 2000 Partners First Rewards points per booking, and can be earned in addition to NCL’s existing agent incentive structure.

The extension reflects continued focus on driving sales for Norwegian Spirit’s local deployment, as cruise lines compete for share in the Australia and New Zealand market.

Trade tools support conversion

To support the incentive, NCL has released a suite of marketing assets for agents, including social media content, itinerary flyers and EDM templates.

These tools are designed to help agents promote the cruise line’s local season and convert bookings more effectively.

Ongoing investment in trade engagement

The campaign underscores NCL’s ongoing investment in trade relationships, with incentives remaining a key lever to drive agent engagement and bookings.

For the trade, the extension provides additional opportunity to capitalise on demand for close-to-home cruising, particularly as consumers continue to prioritise value and accessible itineraries.
