PONANT EXPLORATIONS has appointed luxury travel executive Gino Andreetta as its new Chief Client & Hospitality Officer, creating a dedicated division focused on enhancing the guest experience across every stage of the exploration journey.
New executive role to drive guest experience
Effective from 1 July 2026, Andreetta will report directly to Chief Executive Officer Benoît-Etienne Domenget and join the Executive Committee, leading the newly established Client & Hospitality division.
The new division brings together Hotel Design & Operations, Product Design & Development, Explorations, Client Satisfaction and Onboard Activities under one leadership structure, with the aim of delivering a seamless guest experience from booking through to disembarkation.
More than 35 years of luxury travel experience
Andreetta joins PONANT EXPLORATIONS after a 35-year international career in luxury travel and hospitality, including senior leadership roles with Club Med across four continents.
During his career, he has led premium brand repositioning, digital transformation, market expansion and customer experience initiatives, while embedding sustainability and talent development into business strategy.
