Princess Cruises has appointed Louise O’Hare as State Manager for New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), strengthening its support for travel partners across the region.
O’Hare brings more than 20 years of travel industry experience to the role, with a background spanning reservations, ticketing, sales support, business development and account management.
Extensive trade experience
Most recently, O’Hare spent more than a decade with Emirates, working with leisure, corporate and wholesale travel partners to deliver commercial growth.
Princess Cruises said her people-first approach and strong trade relationships would support the line’s efforts to help agents grow their cruise business.
“I’m excited to be joining Princess Cruises and look forward to working alongside our travel partners to create new opportunities and drive success together,” O’Hare said.
Focus on NSW and ACT partners
In her new role, O’Hare will meet with travel partners across New South Wales and the ACT, while building awareness of Princess Cruises’ products and supporting agency sales.
She will also begin experiencing the Princess product personally with her family as she settles into the position.
