AmaWaterways has launched its new River Sale campaign, offering Australian and New Zealand travellers significant savings on select 2026 and 2027 Europe and Colombia river cruises.
Available from 27 May to 3 June 2026, the limited-time promotion combines complimentary land packages with cruise savings of up to AU$2,625 per person for Australian guests and up to NZ$2,800 per person for New Zealand travellers.
The offer applies across more than 300 departures and includes a range of Europe river cruises and Colombia river cruise itineraries.
AmaWaterways Managing Director AU/NZ Steve Richards described the promotion as the strongest offer introduced in the local market since the brand launched in the region two years ago.
“At a time when travellers are looking to maximise both their time and investment, this offer allows them to extend their journey, enjoy immersive experiences ashore and explore some of the world’s most sought-after destinations with incredible added value,” Richards said.
Europe and Colombia itineraries featured
Featured itineraries include the Grand Rhine & Dutch Canals voyage departing 7 November 2026 aboard AmaStella, which includes a complimentary four-night Switzerland land package and savings of up to AU$5,904 per person.
The Gems of Southeast Europe itinerary aboard AmaMagna also features in the campaign, combining a Danube river cruise with a four-night Brasov and Bucharest extension.
Other highlighted sailings include the Paris & Normandy itinerary aboard AmaLyra and the Wonders of Colombia voyage aboard AmaMelodia, which includes a post-cruise Panama extension.
AmaWaterways said all land packages include four- or five-star accommodation, daily breakfast, guided tours, transfers and the services of a dedicated Cruise Manager.
Richards added the promotion also created a strong sales opportunity for travel advisors seeking to reconnect with clients planning future river cruise holidays.
