Heritage Expeditions has released a new 11-day itinerary, Tropical Islands of Fiji, Samoa & Tonga Cruise, sailing round trip from Fiji from 14 to 24 March 2027 and calling at Wallis and Futuna along the way. A 20 per cent discount applies to bookings made by 30 October 2026.
Aaron Russ, commercial director and expedition leader at Heritage Expeditions, said the itinerary paired well-known South Pacific destinations with less-visited islands.
“This voyage is for adventurers of all levels looking to explore off the beaten track, experience endemic wildlife encounters and time-forgotten cultures, then relax on white-sand beaches and snorkel warm waters teeming with colourful corals and marine life,” Russ said.
Itinerary covers wildlife, reefs and Polynesian culture

Highlights include the limestone islands of Fulaga, Bouma National Heritage Park, Tafua Rainforest Reserve, snorkelling at Palolo Deep Marine Reserve and Swallows Cave, and visits to Wallis and Futuna, including the Important Bird Area of Alofi.
Wildlife opportunities include searching for the Samoan flying fox, Fijian monkey-faced bat, and endemic birds such as the Taveuni silktail, Mao, Samoan island thrush and the tooth-billed pigeon, considered one of the closest living relatives of the dodo.
Cultural experiences include village visits featuring the Samoan Taualuga dance, Fiji’s Meke performance, a traditional kava ceremony and visits to local markets.
