Seabourn charts course for Ruby Jubilee

Seabourn has unveiled The Ruby Collection, a new series of 54 ocean and expedition voyages celebrating the luxury cruise line’s 40th anniversary in 2028.

Milestone collection spans seven continents

Now open for bookings, The Ruby Collection features itineraries across the Caribbean, Mediterranean, Southeast Asia, Japan, Alaska, Northern Europe, the Arctic and Antarctica aboard Seabourn’s five-ship fleet.

The collection ranges from seven-day Yachtsman sailings to the 120-day Cape to Cape World Cruise and the 96-day Grand Expedition: Pole to Pole, with several new ports and exclusive experiences introduced for the anniversary year.

New destinations include Taichung and Tainan in Taiwan, Petersburg, Valdez and the Chiswell Islands in Alaska, along with maiden expedition calls to the Faroe Islands and Ireland.

New experiences mark 40th anniversary

Guests will also have access to exclusive experiences including Taiwan’s Pingxi Sky Lantern Festival, an eight-day Denali pre-cruise journey in Alaska and Seabourn’s return to the historic Canadian port of Red Bay.

Throughout 2028, every Seabourn sailing will feature Ruby Jubilee celebrations, including themed entertainment, signature events and enhanced onboard experiences commemorating the cruise line’s four decades of luxury cruising.

Seabourn President Mark Tamis said the collection reflects the brand’s heritage while continuing to expand its range of immersive travel experiences.
